I was walking home after a late night and decided to place an order through the app. Because it was late, the only option was a pickup through the drive thru. While a little awkward, I had little issue standing in a drive thru line. I got behind some cars, but when I came up to the speakers, no one greeted me. Hi, I attempted to order food here during evening hours through the drive through without a vehicle and while I was allowed by the cashier to place my order and payment, the manager here did not give me my order and cited she was not legally obligated to provide me my food, issue a refund, or provide any remedy. I will be reporting this location to the States AG office promptly,
