Didn’t receive my curbside order. Couldn’t cancel and didn’t receive refund. Manager walked out 20 minutes later. I know it’s McDonald’s but still.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered through the McDonald’s app specifically to save time, only to spend about 30 minutes waiting for my order. What makes it even more frustrating is that the order apparently wasn’t even prepared until I arrived. When I pulled up to the drive-through, I waited for about two minutes without anyone answering or even acknowledging that we had pulled up. My order was made wrong someone can't read a ticket thanks for ruining my lunch... I asked for no ketchup just smeared my stuff with ketchup ridiculous
