This McDonald's has really went down and I believe it is because of the new Caucasian manager. He looks very sloppy and does not take pride in the food service or his appearance. This use to be my favorite McDonald's...every time I use to go the food would be hot and fresh, now it is always cold and old. Please bring the manager back that was working here around November and December 2025...she had good customer service skills and knew how to keep her customers coming back for more. The best
You can only order on the kiosk. No signs, nor did anyone tell me. I shouted to get the employees attention, but no one acknowledged I was in the building. The manager finally walked in and told me I had to use the kiosk. I told her I didn't know, and that I tried to get their attention. She didn't really care. I also asked for extra onions, I didn't get any onions....
