I had the absolute worst experience at this location today on 1/28/2026. I came through the drive through and ordered a McCrispy and they immediately gave me difficulty through the drive through. They told me to pull off and sit in the parking lot and they would bring my food but I refused because the last time they told me this I waited in the parking lot for over half an hour. Night shift crew Worst customer service ever don’t recommend going here at night
The manager was extremely rude and stated that both restrooms were out of order, despite the fact that one of them was clearly being used by staff. This behavior is unacceptable and misleading. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding this employee’s conduct.
