I have not changed my mind about the food, the drive-thru staff, and the professional staff. I look forward those qualities wherever I go. They have not dissapointed me in all areas mentioned. It is what I look for, and it is high on my list of expectations. The food is delightful, and the employees are professional, and friendly. I like that. 😃
This store does not run smoothly. Two customers who did not speak English as their first language had been waiting for coffee for quite some time. What appeared to be a manager was not patient and bordering on rude when telling them it's cold outside and they had to brew a lot of coffee. There were a lot of vehicles in the drive thru and a few more customers waiting on food in the lobby. It took me five minutes to get a drink in the lobby - the only item I ordered. Store and bathrooms were clean.
