I’ve been to this McDonald’s probably 10 times. And they have gotten my order correct 1 time… honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Food is rarely hot, they’re always slow, often forget something in our order, and they NEVER remember sauce!! If you can drive 5 minutes south to the McDonald’s on University it’s worth it.
Always great to get some Mickey D’s! Having owned a restaurant before, the consistency and taste of that familiar childhood experiences of McDonald’s just continues to be the best! These folks are always fast and even help you make sure your order is correct! Which is a big deal, because how many times have we ordered, just to find out that something was left out of our to-go fast bag. Five star.
By far the worst customer service. They take forever to finish your food when going through the drive and when it’s ready if you ask for anything else they act rude. Last time the manager argued my friend whether or not she ordered a large drink. HELLO BUDDY no one orders a medium drink. DONT GO HERE
Just had a terrible experience here. My friend was waiting at the counter to ask about a water cup, but no one was helping him. Eventually he grabbed it himself, and then the manager turned around, started yelling at him and snatched the cup out of his hand. He asked if he could just have a water cup and the manager replied with “not after that you can’t” and then threw the cup away.
