So normally I come to this McDonald's and they give me the mac sauce and I get that on the side and it's super annoying because I have to go up and ask for separately because I can't get on the app but this time I went to the get it and the employee said he couldn't give it to me and I was super confused he's like and he told me that after a minute of looking at the screen and said oh no I can't get you any Mac sauce and that's not true I know you can get me some mac sauce and so I was just really disappointed and really mad... read more

I ordered the food from the app and chose the option to get the food from the table. I waited more than 30mins and the app was saying the food is almost ready. So I waited and waited. Finally I went to the staff to ask about my order. And that staff told me that they don’t do table orders with really rude attitude. If they don’t do that, they should’ve block the table option or posted something inside.

Reclamamos por unos nuggets que nos vino partidos. Solo pediamos que no los cambie por otras . Empesaron a buscar culpable con los de cocina . Y no tubimo solucion . Dijeron que no .

Had to wait with nobody in front of me in the drive thru, only to get frigid, soggy fries and cold, hard chicken mcnuggets. I getbit, its McDonald's, but what happened to hot fast food in a pinch? Do better. Especially for the prices.
