I simply asked for ketchup and didn’t get any omg
genuinely one of the worst McDonalds locations i have ever been to. The fries taste like they never change the oil, and like they've been sitting out and then microwaved, and then they are never salted either. The quarter pounders are often overcooked too, and sometimes they just forget toppings, one time they somehow missed the burger when putting on the cheese, it was like put over the side of the patty. Also forgetting items happens often too.
No working restroom? Unacceptable. Call a plumber get it fixed.
This is the third time they have forgotten my McDoubles. Mind you we waited 12 whole minutes for our food and it wasn’t even that much.
Catastrophic customer service. You walk in to the counter and they don’t even look at you or acknowledge you in the slightest for atleast 5 minutes, the white dude with the long hair is rude for no reason. You work at McDonald’s bro check that ego. The goyslop food is not even as bad as the customer service. Never go here.
