The manager was extremely unprofessional and showed very poor customer service. I hope McDonald’s addresses this kind of behavior. We decided not to order any soft drinks because my children had already had too many sugary drinks. We only ordered hamburgers, fries, and chicken nuggets, and politely asked for a cup of water. The employee had already handed me a water cup, but the manager suddenly stopped them and said they couldn’t give me one. Ordered a quarterpounder. Thought it was weird when they asked me to wait in the stall considering it wasn’t busy at all, but whatever. I waited about 5 minutes, nothing crazy. I got my food from a gentleman who didn’t speak english and only sheepishly held up the bag. Drove home to find two apple pies sitting in the bag. Not sure if language barrier was the issue or what, but pretty wild for an order of one singular item to get messed up when it’s slow and i had to pull forward to wait.
