Today, I went through the Drive-thru to grab some food before I went to work and got a quarter pounder and a six piece happy meal. I didn’t get the BBQ sauce for my happy meal so I went inside the restaurant and I spent almost ten minutes waiting at the front of the line waiting for an employee to ask me what I needed. Are you serious, McDonald’s? Sitting inside feels like you don’t even exist. The staff runs around like headless chickens for the drive-thru, but completely ignores the people in the lobby. No greeting, no help, and good luck getting your order on time. If you only care about cars, maybe just shut down the dining area altogether?
