I’m a DoorDash driver today tue. Aug 19 I walked in at 9:06am I was waiting for an order and while I was waiting the man on the register who was wearing a sling tried to ask multiple people for assistance to ring up an item for a senior gentleman each time he was waved away by a manager and a different employee who were on personal phone calls defeated I watched him figure it out on his own. Disgusting abusive behavior from the staff towards a customer who was not fully able bodied. Seriously the people on staff today on the morning of August 19th, the manager and those working the counter area need to be fired, I fear they won't be because this store apparently has subhuman standards. How dare you mistreat the most vulnerable folks.
I just needed a little snack. Went through the drive through and ordered 6 chicken nuggets. No drink, no fries, just 6 nuggets. I get the food and drive, pull out this tiny box with 4 nuggets in it.....I only ordered one thing and they missed 1/3 of my food. Overpriced crap as it is, and they didn't even give me all of it. McDonalds forgot who they are. Just not worth going anymore.
It was when a order takes longer then another fast food restaurant and you half to stand at the counter for 10 mins with no one acknowledging you even thought 4 employees/managers see you standing there I'm very dissatisfied when I've been going to MacDonald for years I think it time I start going to other restaurants instead of MacDonald never felt so disrespected any other fast food place before
