Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They were so rude and useless. I asked for a water (my daughter is a diabetic and had a high blood sugar) they said we had to pay for it. When I said I would pay cash they proceeded to give us no water and make us wait 30 min for our mobile order we placed 30 minutes prior to arriving.
Literally forgot to put the CHEESEBURGER in my CHEESEBURGER happy meal... I'm almost more confused than mad, but I was really looking forward to my cheeseburger after working all day.
They never get the order right the fries are always cold and over salted. I was once parked for a ice tea.

Update: As is always normal for Loveland, the staff was awesomely nice, happy, and friendly! The wait at the counter was extremely frustrating, but they are obviously understaffed. When they finally took my order, they were so friendly that it's hard to keep being mad. The food was very good! Hot and fresh, and better than before. Clean restrooms and no trash inside or out. The drive through always gets priority (like Taco Bell), and corporate management doesn't care at all about people who choose to come inside and sit down... read more
