If I could leave 0 I would. You can't even order at the cash.Register anymore, they make you order at the kiosk only and there's no employees to help anybody when everything says, wait for employee assistance, can't even refill your own drink anymore.
Poor service
Staff not very friendly. They keep saying order off the digital menu. Got to beg them to help you at the front. Manager said she had no idea how to operate the cash register. The person that helped didn't know how to use the coupons. Because they don't care about. If you have a disability. Maybe you can't read or you're dyslexic. That'd be embarrassing to say hey. I can't read just so they could help you take your order.
There is a play place. The customer service is absolutely lacking as they're moving toward focusing on drive through exclusively and no longer handling the people inside the restaurant with care or concern. I have to beg for refills and ketchup.
Lady in blue took my order but then refused to give it to me? Idk what even just happened. I work in food service. Fire the manager and make one of those guys she watches sweep the floor manager
