Order was wrong and food was cold before I got out of the driveway
Order number 1387 @ 2:34 am , date 7/1/2026 order was a 10 piece mcnugget, cheeseburger with extra pickle and aside a big mac sauce, i came in to get my order. But beforehand had cold multiple times no one had answered. I had confronted the employee at the cash out window. Asked, why no one was answering the phone? They told me that it wasn't their problem. Didn't have frappe, ordered an orange dream, got uncut Hi-C. The impressive part was the arrogant pride they seem to have in doing a bad job. Feels like franchise owner hired all kids and no manager, shows in the work, the food, and the attitude. Gentle pass on this location.
