Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I stood in the restaurant for about 20 minutes, and the entire time the staff clearly saw me — they just chose to completely ignore me. I tried to get their attention at least 10 times, but got zero response. They kept walking past me, talking and laughing with each other, as if serving a customer was not their job. Exelente buena
I know it’s summer time and it gets busier. But 2 days IN A ROW we’ve gone and gotten under cooked food. Both times we’ve had to go home and finish cooking it. SO bad!
Waited 15 minutes for our food! Seems as though the drive though has more preference than those that dine in. The Big Mac burgers were paper thin and dry🤢 The chicken nuggets were over cooked.The dining area was clean. The cashier was friendly.
Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s in Poway. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and the online service was extremely slow for no reason. Even simple orders took way too long, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. Definitely one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. They seriously need to improve both their attitude and efficiency.
