Unfortunately, we did not get our complete order and I didn’t realize it until I got home. You ALWAYS have to ask for every item. I don’t understand this. Can’t the distributor read?
My $8 sandwich was burnt and thus impossible to eat. The fries were old. This is exactly why I dont eat fast food any more. The app was a time suck to complain. Figures.
There was a problem with my online order but the manager (Latin woman with glasses) was extremely helpful and accommodating.
