This is a very subpar McDonalds. I'm here often for delivery pickups, and sometimes to eat. Staff, especially at night, are rude all the time, speak in grunts and uh-huhs and take forever. The lights don't work anymore, so the whole place is pitch black as soon as it's dark. Let's say, unsavory people, park there at night and work on their cars, smoke weed, and loiter and the staff don't care. My burgers are always CAKED in grease at this location. What a terrible experience. I had walked in and used the kiosk to manually place my order consisting of only a big mac and a caramel frappe. Long story short, I waited for roughly 45 minutes just to be told that my order wasn't appearing in their system despite me holding the order receipt in my hand. To be fair, I should have just gotten up and asked what was going on instead of just letting it go on longer; in a sense, I ultimately did it to myself by just sitting there.
