I finally earned enough points to get a free big mac and went ahead and ordered more mac sauce, cuz I think I deserved it. They forgot to put mac sauce. I went back and told them and they looked at it and took it back. They returned it back to me with nothing changed and apologized. So disappointed with the grand ave location 😕
Would leave 0 stars if I could. Being out of both sausage and bacon at the same time is kind of wild. But that is just like, horrendous. Worst franchise location in the state of Oregon, probably the entire western coast of the United States
This location is knowingly overcharging customers. The prices listed on the drive-thru menu are different from what they tell you at the window. The morning manager didn't care, wouldn't rectify the mistake, and said to just call the owner if I didn't like it. Visit at your own risk!
