workers are clearly incompetent, waited 10 minutes for a snack wrap while they served all the cars behind me, won't be coming back
I hate to get employees in trouble, but on 7/7 early in the morning, I was going through drive through for a pickup mobile order. To start this interaction, the employee was holding the customer in front of mes coffee in the air for several minutes. When finally he handed over the coffee and I pulled up to the window, he asked twice for which order I was. Then clearly stoned he asked if the drink in his hands was mine, spilled it, and coughed on it. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be several minutes for the apple pie... read more
It’s fast food. Not the best food. I placed an order online and when I got there I was still asked to go wait out front (mind you my order said ready on the app). I am not the biggest fan on waiting for fast food that I pre order so I avoid this location.
