A good McDonald's location. Exactly what you would expect. Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Food was fast.
I made an online order and went inside. It didnt give me the option to choose where to go but it had drive thru. The lady at the counter made me go thru drive thru (which took 5 min to get thru). Then I told the guy my code. Went to the 1st window the guy was on his phone. Went to the 2nd window, that guy only gave me 1 spoon when I ordered 2 deserts. This was at 8:25p.
30 minutes of standing waiting for food, somebody came to the counter to ask us for our order. I mean, while we had ordered on the kiosk 30 minutes. Prior Four people come in with the wrong orders. Four people that ordered after me on my kiosk, got their food. Ask the person where my food was. They looked at me like I had 15 eyes. Then, asked me what my order was. They were quick with the service but then I had to go back in because I received the wrong sandwich’s after I opened them the manager put them back out for customers she didn’t throw them away. I received my correct sandwich’s but the chicken on the biscuit was so dried out and almost look like it was burnt disgusting
