Service is horrible!!!
Took my granddaughter for the lobby experience. We entered to a smoke haze of 5 teenagers vaping freely in the restaurant. We were also exposed to vulgar racial language without not one manager policing the lobby. Horrendous management and owners that only care for the bottom line. Taking this to social media because it’s wrong to put greed over integrity.
This place is a total disaster. Every time my family and I come here we're in line for at least 20 minutes before we even get to order, and with that long wait you would think that the order would be perfect, but no. Today three of us went there and ordered A MC griddle, A bagel steak burger, A sausage mc muffin, and these were supposed to come with 3 hash browns. We also got 2 vanilla iced coffees and a frappé.
