When you go through drive through they make you park and wait and they walk the order out. Super annoying. EVERY TIME.
Made a mobile order for coffee and when I get their was told their system was down after sitting there for 5 mins being ignored by whatever lazy employee you had working. No system is down for that long, shouldn’t be able to mobile order if your system is down, plus you can take cash and ring it up later but instead rather waste customers time by being rude and not having common sense. Turn off the damn mobile order if you want a 2+ hour paid break every night.
