To the ladies working on January 27, 2026 at 3:30pm - get a grip and go back to basic trainings. I would hate myself too if I worked at this establishment, but that doesn’t mean you snap at customers in your hobbit voice. If someone has a mobile order you call it out and then give it to them, you don’t mumble something and then set it behind the counter. And you definitely don’t ignore the customer as the say “I think that’s mine” - after five minutes of waiting and hearing the bitter individuals gossip about personal things... read more
