If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I paid extra for Fudge toppings, and they were missing from my order. When I politely brought it to the attention of two employees, instead of checking the order or trying to resolve the issue, they immediately became defensive and rude. One of them kept insisting, “I made it. I put them on,” even though they clearly were not there. The extra charge wasn’t even the biggest issue. Mistakes happen.
