A week ago, they messed up one order on a $20 order. We called and they said the next time we come in, mention the $5.50 meal that was messed up and they would replace it. Reasonable enough and they said they took our name. Today, I order $17 in food and then mention the previous mess up to get the one meal we are owed. They inform me I must come in to get the single meal. This is ridiculous when I am ordering other food through the drive thru.
