If I can give -infinity stars, I would. Never had issues with this location until today. I placed a mobile order via McDonald's app in advance and did my shopping so that was enough time for them to make my food only to find out, that they didnt even make my order yet and the employees (including the short manager lady) to tell me that my order is not ready and that I have to pay for my order again even though I showed them my receipt that I paid for it. Tell me why as a dasher I always have to wait til they serve everyone else before they can hand me the customers food that's already sitting there. Here I am thinking no that bag is too big they must be still working on it. Nope after every one has ordered there food they finally come over and pass me the food when I could've been gone 5 mins ago smh. They need to do better especially when I'm so respectful.
I went to try those trips they have and the employee recommended to me that they were great them things were trash and cooked in old grease I am sooo disappointed
