This is the worst McDonalds in Cambridge ohio. I ordered a egg, sausage mc muffin and a coffee.. The coffee was watered down and not even hot. The sandwich was cold. Never again will I stop here.
I just got 4 Mcdoubles and they forgot the ketchup and mustard
When I’m over that way I usually stop at the drive thru to get food for home, it’s always about 9:30pm, every time I’ve stopped the last 3 times the drive thru has been closed, so I will not be going there anymore, not to mention they are too slow.
Worst managed McDonald’s ever. They obviously can’t keep good employees. There seems to little or no training at all for the newly hired people. Orders are consistently done wrong with somewhat rude customer service. They have the chutzpah to charge for tap water…wow.

The large fry I got today.
All our burgers had burned meat. The bread was stale. The fries were overcooked and dry. The worst if not one of the very worst meals I’ve ever had at this location last Monday, February 16. If I had had time I would have gone back and complained, demanding a new replacement order. Extremely disappointed. Shame on you.
To Whom it may concern: The McDonalds in South Holland Illinois floors were FILTHY,. The SODA machine FILTHY, the TABLES DIRTY. It looked like they have not Swept or Mopped the Floors in Months. This restaurant customer Service was good but the place was Filthy. Who wants to go into a restaurant where the place is dirty. Please do something about this. Or have an inspection so that this place will not get shutdown.
I was verbally abused by an employee named Mia. She used profanity and was screaming at me through the drive through window. I contacted the corporate office and they basically passed it off to the restaurant manager. I got an email from a regional asking if he could speak to me more about it and I replied and have not heard back since I reported this over three months ago. I honesty have never experienced the verbal abuse that I received. And she thought it was ok to treat a customer like that.
