Only one woman solely working the front cash, mobile orders and take out. She was doing what she could under circumstances but the wait was 10-15 minutes for a hamburger and drink. The kiosk machines were put of service and malfunctioning.
Ordered the new “Shania Sides” strawberry pie and received an apple pie instead. Of course it was on the app too so I can’t just get the store to fix it.
“Renovated location, same trash energy.” I placed a mobile order at the machine. Waited. And waited. Staff just stood around talking like I wasn’t there. When I finally asked about my order, the cashier hit me with “Did you pay?” — as if the giant receipt in my hand wasn’t enough. Then came the excuses: “We just got back”, “We don’t know the machine”. The recent renovation is such a downgrade. The space doesn’t feel welcoming anymore, and after just a few minutes inside, my hair and clothing smelled strongly of fryer oil. Really disappointing, as I used to enjoy coming here.
