Definitely calling corporate on the bs some manager pulled. When I would not move because I was the only one there. Then he told me it would be five minutes for a caramel sundae and a medium coffee. I'll be updating this as a form of communication for the things that happen at this McDonald's.. I was waiting for my fries and informed the two girls working front (bleached blonde one and black curly haired one) on evening of sat July 12th 2025. and I asked for no bag.. and find out that she was holding my compelted order for about 3 minutes while talking with the other one. been using this location for years and never had an issue. today, one of your staff members named “Austin” forgot to give us our fries. Not big deal it happens but when we went inside, Austin told us he absolutely put the fries in (He did not). We tried to calmly explain the situation and asked if we could just have our fries we paid for. He then started to accuse us of lying and had this very rude tone.
