I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered one Junior Chicken, but they charged me for two. I also ordered a poutine, and the fries were so dry it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. On top of that, there was no proper customer service. Very disappointed with this visit.
The service and the food was so bad. They got my order wrong, I ordered a junior chicken, poutine and a medium fries, but instead they gave me 2 junior chickens and small fries the poutine barely had any gravy on it and the cheese tasted funny. The fries were so stale and soggy it tasted like they made it 2 days ago. The workers were so mean and they looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. I had one of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s. The girl working at the second drive-thru window (where the food is handed out) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and her tone felt very dismissive and irritated. I asked about an extra SKOR item, and her response was careless and unhelpful. As a regular McDonald’s customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect at the drive-thru.
