Slow and disorganized. A bunch of staff running around, not acting in a coordinated manner. Poor management. Waited over 15 min for a basic order that was still on the screen. When asked they said it would still take longer as they are making "fresh" ones. It does not take 20 minutes to make a McDouble. Get yourselves together. Asked for a refund. Retrain your staff, you guys suck.
