Line at drive thru at this location seems to be long but I never wait a long time. Fast and my order is always right! Update 8/9/25 Skip the app if you’re in a hurry — curbside takes forever here. Drive-thru, on the other hand, is quick and you’ll be on your way in minutes.
I requested an iced coffee with no cream or syrup (just black). The manager proceeds to tell us they can’t do it instead, they give us HOT coffee and a cup of ice. I’ve never been to a McDonalds who could not understand that all I wanted an iced coffee without the cream and syrup (just the base of the coffee basically). Worst off, the manager made a huge deal about it when I was trying to explain how I wanted it. McDonald's is thinning out staff and making guests order themselves. Staff looks overworked with online, dine in, and drive-thru orders stacking up. Sometimes I only see two or three people working.
