Generally I've enjoyed coming here but today I ordered breakfast through their app. Wanted it ready for when I arrived. But when I got there was told that the dining room was closed and would have to come back at 6 so I waited outside till 6. Doors where still locked until at 6:07 that they just forgot to unlock the one door. Ordered 20 minutes ago off the website for pick up and got a not only a BURNED but cremated bagel for my vegetarian boyfriend.thats the one thing he ordered and this is what he got!!! I come here all the time and I’m very unhappy. Who sees this and thinks oh yeah! Let’s pack that up and make someone eat it!
Today I went in and ordered a wrap meal off the kiosk with a coffee frappe. The coffee frappe was somehow mistaken by staff as a vanilla frappe, I now have no coffee (they also forgot to give me the straw with my order).
