The employees are so lazy and slow
Asked specifically i want a muffin with egg, cheese and mayo. Ofcourse they still put ham or pork sausage in it.
I went through the drive-thru about a half hour ago and wanted to take a moment to recognize two outstanding employees, Nicolas at the first window and Matt at the second. Both handled a stressful situation with impressive professionalism, patience, and care. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they did so calmly and graciously, going above and beyond to help me navigate some app and card difficulties.
