I ordered on the self serve kiosk and I selected the dine in option and three ketchup packets. I was given food in a take out bag and no ketchup packets which meant I had to leave my luke warm fries and wait in line just for ketchup. I deserve a complimentary extra value meal and a fudge sundae for dessert.
Just came from this place. Cashier at drive thru was rude. Ordered, paid after busing the app first time, had a question, he answered and just closed the window with a word. This was my morning stop. Ain't no more.
Unfortunately my food was cold I never get my receipt in the bag .
