The absolute worst experience I've ever had in any kind of fast food place. I placed an order in the app and got there. They said they were working on it. I was patient but after watching them REMAKE 4 other orders that they had messed up in front of me and after waiting over 30 mins I finally went to check again and of course now my order was never in the system. Was charging us $3 for a water cup with our order. Horrible customer service
This is the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. Twice they have messed up and only given me a portion of my order. The basket of fries was the same amount as a small bag of fries. The customer service was actually worse the second time I went. The girl they sent to deliver the food had an attitude and couldn't bother giving a greeting or offer any condiments.
