I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life and at a McDonald’s, of all places! I placed my order, and they got it wrong. Fine, mistakes happen. But when they brought me the “replacement,” the so-called manager literally yanked the burger out of my hand without saying a word. We went to the McDonald's on Cypress N. They didn't get the shipment in for the hello kitty/turtle toys. Understand. They told my son to go to any location and they could swap the toys. We had ordered 3 happy meals. They didn't even try to JUST SAWP THE TOYS. Instead they told him they could not help them with other locations issues Horrible customer service
Very happy to see McDonald's still has some locations open where the food is served hot and right..
