Another manager with unnecessary attitude. Everyone that has worked or work at Mcdonald’s please enlighten me with answers to my question. I pulled up to place an order the drive thru placed me on hold and started taking multiple orders in the other line. Maybe about 4 cars went. And still no orders being placed in the other lane. So after about exactly 11 mins of waiting, I pulled up and asked calmly, was there any hold up I’ve been waiting a long time to place my order and even waited 5-6 mins for the Manager.
