I was in with my granddaughter this evening had had a great girl by the name of Brae helping me. She was friendly and polite. Not the usual customer service I get from McDonalds. Kudos to this young lady.
I used to come here twice a day for a coffee on my lunch break but lately the staff have been really unpleasant. If it’s the slightest bit busy they’ll ignore people. The last several months my order has consistently taken much longer than usual and every-time they have been rude when I’ve asked for updates. I understand being understaffed and dealing with busy periods but the attitude of the new staff is the reason I will not be returning.
It’s inside the WalMart :))
The morning service is extremely poor and unbelievably slow. Every day it’s the same issue—very long wait times and disappointing service. This really needs improvement.
