I don't understand why the hispanic lady was so disrespectful this morning when I picked up my order. I asked for a cup of ice and she told me $1.69 okay fine but don't be disrespectful about it. She started laughing and being sarcastic talking over me saying thank you enjoy your day after she laughed at me for not buying a cup of ice. Be professional. My coffee was watery and my sandwich was not fresh. I will not be going back
I have used this McDonalds several times in the past but yesterday afternoon, I got the unprofessional crew. The speaker wasn’t working on the line I used. I told the cashier, but he refused to take my order. He told me that I would have to get in line again and use the other speaker. The manager, Karmelo was no help either. They definitely don’t deserve to be anywhere else but where they are. This McDonalds is poorly managed, and I’ll stick to the McDonalds at classier locations.
