If you’re planning to visit this location for an ice cream item, prepare to be disappointed. I came in at 9pm, well before closing time, and was told they were “not doing ice cream right now.” There was no explanation beyond that, and no indication of any technical issue or machine malfunction. If a menu item is advertised and available during posted business hours, it should be available to order. I placed a mobile order at 3:37 PM, well outside of peak hours, and expected a quick and easy pick-up. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. After waiting in a parking spot for over 30 minutes, I went inside only to discover they hadn't even started preparing my order. To make matters worse, when I finally received my food, the chicken wrap was cold, suggesting the chicken strip was frozen when it was put in.
