Visited this location multiple times. There are numerous errors each time. Multiple food items missing, missing toppings or incorrect toppings, hair in the French fries. The health department seriously needs to take a better look at this issue. Visited again and the food smelt like marijuana
Amber is the best manager and she is a great asset to the store and McDonalds in general. Make sure to keep her happy!
Restaurant and food was alright. The lady at window 1 was nice. The girl who brought us someone else’s food doesn’t know how to do her job. I only say that because she did one thing after another to make it worse :) Ordered via app. Went through the drive-thru. They had us park in the subside pick up spots. The wait was reasonable but the parking lot wasn’t full either. The rush might have mainly been in the drive-thru. Our order was inaccurate for 1 person. Went here at 830pm to order food I ordered a Big Mac no bun for my gluten free dad and they gave me this i don’t even know what this is the receipt was touching the patty and there was food hanging out of it this is not the first problem I’ve had them never going here again this place is definitely the worst McDonalds in Lincoln
