Worst McDonald’s to go to In the whole Bay Area, took me 40 mins to get one cheese burger
I’ve now ordered from this McDonald’s 5x since I moved to Petaluma over 2 years ago and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have messed up my order. They either don’t give items and/or completely replace items with incorrect items. Every time I order there it’s been a horrible experience and Corporate McDonald’s has no way of talking to anybody about it to remedy the issue.
stopped for ice cream shake. drove thru backed up. waited 15 minutes and turned around to go in. another 15 min wait. Will never go to this mcdonalds again.
It was great! Food was hot and very tasty counter girl was very pleasant and informative.
