The employees are typically rude here but are very busy so you just have to be patient with them .
Cash was only being taken. I waited in line to order for over 15 minutes. A sign could have been put up instead of wasting people's time if they didn't have cash.
36 to 47 minutes waiting time. 3 times at drive thru only 4 cars and 2 times going inside. only 3 people. Yes, I went that many times, only because I thought maybe it was just a bad day or time of day... BUT NOPE, I was told this is normal for Summerville. This McDonald needs to have one of those secret shoppers. I am 100% positive they will not be happy. However, the McDonalds by Publix, off Central Avenue, is amazingly fast and actually displays customer service.
Super slow in the drive thru. The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, in fact the slowest fast food place I’ve ever visited anywhere.
