I've yet to get a fully correct order at any McDonald's in Livonia this year. They'll give you free stuff when they screw up, but the point should be not to screw up in the first place. I get it it happens sometimes, but I've yet to have an experience at the Farmington or middlebelt and 5 mile McDonald's that did not have at least one error in my order. Skip if possible, and if not... Just lower your expectations. OR just get fries... They're usually always good.
