Never correct orders... Can't tell you why but when you order, even using the app. It comes out wrong. I discover on way home and then I'm stuck. I should know better.
New month they have 6 reserved drive thru spots and took advantage of none of them. Please teach the drive thru how to park people waiting on food. Some days they do others they don't. Nothing like waiting for undercooked fries after waiting 8 in the drive thru. Fries take about 3:30 to cook please stop pulling them out early. Roughly 3 minutes at the intercom with no cars in sight and apparently no service. About 2 minutes at the window to pay with a person right there, just not able to look my way or take payment. About 2 minutes at the service window to be asked to pull ahead….. all for a coffee. Hot and fresh and 15 minutes later 🤦🏻♂️😡
They always slow and the parking lot always dark not safe for us or employees at night. Trash outside need to be change.
The young man giving out food orders at the second window never said a word, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Zero customer service skills.
