I placed my order via the Mobile App and then went to the restaurant. There was a line for the drive-thru that extended nearly to the street, but I figured that was due to the popularity of the Monopoly promotion. I waited ten minutes to get to the drive-thru speaker, then waited another five minutes for the employee to tell me over the speaker that they were "not open yet, will open at 9 am." I hate leaving this review with such low stars because all of the employees I’ve encountered here have been so kind and friendly and this has always been my favorite location. However, this is the 2nd occurrence I’ve had where I’ve shown up to the restaurant after paying in advance through the app and they weren’t open when they’re supposed to be.
