Staff is rude . We waited over 30 minutes and still didn't get our food.
Food was great and was treated with care, but went to leave and heard a worker get yelled at because they wanted their shift meal cook to order. The manager in the dress shirt yelled at the employee saying that if she wanted it fresh she needed to pay for it. The manager also said that Steve Johnson himself said that the crew has to get whatever is in the warmer that the food can't be fresh and they get what they get. The manager Ms. ADMANDA was absolutely horrible to deal with. I simply asked for hot fries bc the ones in the bag were ice cold & Ms.ADMANDA processed to tell me how if I want fresh food I should pick up my order on time. It was MY fault the fries I paid for were ice cold. She is very snarky and condescending. I believe she needs farther training on how to correctly work in the customer service sector.
