3/6/26 manager wants to disconnect me and not answer the phone after i asked for the name!..the following review still exists..this is the worst mcdonalds in all of huntsville 20 minutes in drive thru....wrong order. Don't go inside because Noone will answer. 0/10 5/10/26 still bad service and wrong order...weird same manager
If I could give no stars I would. Rude staff in the drive thru. I’m not saying you have to have full on conversations. But to just put your hand out and take my money. Food is consistently cold. And the days my food is kinda warm. It’s the wrong order! Two McGriddles I open my bag at home CHICKEN SANDWICHES. Zero effort. The reviews for this store reflect how it truly is. I can’t wait for robots to take over the fast food field.
Yummi
I deleted my review previously for long wait times but don't even bother going after 7pm, waited a full hour for $15 worth of food. Just shut down this location.
