McDonald’s is my favored fast food burger, until this McDonald’s. I no longer eat there because they can’t get the most basic orders correct. In person or through the app. The last 3 times I’ve been there they get the orders wrong. A quarter pounder with no pickles. They either always have pickles or they don’t put onions on it. We ordered two hot&spicy and two drinks. The meat was very dry and old. We ordered the drinks with light ice and they did the opposite, not to mention that the Powerade was almost water, very tasteless. Terrible food
Quiet place, clean, the food as always.
Rosa the manager is not the right person to be running this restaurant I was having an issue with the app and instead of helping me and making the situation right she pretty much did not care! When I asked for corporates phone number she said she did not have one and that is very hard to believe when I asked her again so you don’t have corporates number she said no I said I will let corporate know that you claim to not know the phone number. Very rude and unprofessional
