I used 4500 points for a lrg. Frap and the points were deducted from my app but no code popped. I went I to McDonald's, SHOWED the manager that my app was malfunctioning and not letting me order and told her about my points. Basically got a shoulder shrug so I left, thats poor customer service IMO.
Be careful when you order food to be delivered bc half the time they don't put everything in the bag so you have to drive up there anyway to get your order.
