Was waiting on a door dash for 15 minutes. I finally decided to ask about my order that was supposed to be in the shelf and they handed it right to me. I asked, "Has this been ready this whole time" the employee laughed and said "yea". She walked passed me at least 5 or 6 times walking orders out to cars and not once asked me the name of my order or anything so I assumed business was running as usual and they were just busy.
