went in for our weekend breakfast as we normally do every weekend.. Received my food with one sandwich short. When I brought it up I was looked like I was wrong. she turned around and the sandwich (sausage McMuffin extra cheese) was sitting on the chute. She grabbed it and handed it to me saying nothing.. Waited at the drive thru to order for about 5 mins with nobody to take my order for me and my son. Finally gave up and drove off. Idk what happened to this location but service and quality went down hill in a big way. Won’t be back
Manager was too busy fighting with the trainee it took 25 minutes just to get acknowledged, if I hadn’t placed my order online and already paid I would have just walked out. Incredibly unprofessional.
This place is a disaster. Im not quick to write bad reviews but after 3+ times of trying this place, with issues EVERY SINGLE TIME, here's my review. There's always issues. The employees are rude. The food is always wrong. There's always an excessive wait. Just go to a different McDonald's. Its NOT worth the issues you get!!
Always have to wait when we go here, you're lucky if someone says hi or has a smile on their face. Half the time the food is cold. Usually have to go to arbys to get a milkshake. I get extra pickles on my McChicken, I'm lucky if there's 3 on there. Once they gave me a box of pickles and a box of chicken nuggets, I'm not sure what that was about? Today- 5 nuggets in my 6 pc box.
