This place kind of sucks. Firstly, I know those fries were refried. Maybe even twice. I know, I used to work in fast food. Secondly, it was freaking FILTHY. Not a single clean table and it wasn't even busy. Somebody could have easily came out and wiped the place up. Luckily, I kind of expect this out of the service industry nowadays and had sanitizer wipes to wipe off a table. Third, one of the soda machines were inoperable and the station was filthy. Went through drive through for breakfast. Ordered a combo, charged $8.20. Got to the second window and was handed a small coffee. No food. Had to confront the workers and show the charge on my card to get them to even get the manager. Finally got the food...but not the food I ordered.
Needs new management. 45 minutes in the drive through is crazy. Also, more than once I was missing an item or charged for more than I ordered. Recommendation: When the ice machine is out, I highly urge workers to wear gloves when handling the ice for customer drinks. Scooping it up and the ice touching hands while it pouring into cups doesnt seem very sanitary. Its disgusting and Ive thrown out my drink more than once. Fries are also constantly not salted.
