Very rude manager, got the Minecraft happy meal, order got to our table without the box. I wanted it refunded. She asked if I used the app. I said I used the kiosk. She said “EVERYTHING IS LINKED TO THE APP” in a very rude voice. Apps and kiosks are two different things. Either you order it from the app on your phone or you order it from the kiosk itself.I understand that the Minecraft is in demand, but do you need to be rude? Not looking me in the eyes with that nonchalant rude voice. You DON’T deserve to be a manager.
Recently picked up a mobile order for my kids and I appreciated Allison going above and beyond with outstanding customer service! I was asked to park and wait for part of the order which was fine but noticed I was extremely thirsty and she ran back in and grabbed me a water even though she didn't have to. Thank you again Allison!
Ok and decent price for a quick eat for me, I am ok with the distance from my location to the place, the prices are ok also, my opinion
The Sprite didn't have any syrup in it so it tasted like a carbonated water but for some reason it was salty...? and the fries were terrible, chicken nuggets were okay. Friendly staff
