I accidentally thought that I ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes and recently a big breakfast with no hotcakes ( it was a mistake on my fault). I went up there to clear it and they were super nice and clarified my order and still gave me the hotcakes!
They will give you the wrong food and not make it right. Laura just apologized that I got the wrong sandwich, but that didn't fix the problem. I wanted what I ordered and paid for or refund my money for the part that they didn't give me.
