I placed an order and paid through the app. When I got to the drive-thru, I gave them my code and was told to pull to the window. I showed the employee my receipt and proof that the payment had already been taken from my bank account, but they refused to give me my food. Went to this location for food at 12:30 am. Their Google business hours say that they close at 1 am. The drive through runt said they close at 12 am. What a drag.
Great customer service. I walked in they called my name handed me my food and held the door open for me on my way out.
