I have three kids and a husband, I bought a big order. Because of the amount the manager had to put his info in. Not only did the manager look at my receipt in a judgmental manner, when my order was done they yelled out the amount of burgers instead of the number. Now I’m not ashamed about my order. The fact that they tried to shame me and gave me a flimsy box and 2 bags. I stopped for a breakfast sausage meal, at 6:00 a.m. The biscuit was so hard around the edges that I couldn't eat it all. It was almost warm. The hash brown was cold. The apple pie was not hot. At this early in the morning, I expect that the biscuits would be really hot, soft, and fresh. I wonder if that's why they didn't have a long line at the serve through for breakfast. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
This is the best McDonald’s ever! Food is hot and fresh and the staff is friendly and always greet you at the entrance!
It is absolutely pitiful that I have to come inside after waiting 10 minutes in between deliveries from one window to the other for the rest of my food because y’all don’t wanna give me what I paid for when it comes to sauces. That is so sad I had to come in there and try to get my sauces after the lady looked at me in my face and told me she would not give me what I paid for.
