This is my 3rd online breakfast order at this location. They’ve cancelled two and made me wait 30 minutes for the third. Apparently they don’t start the order until you get there despite what the website says. Their drive-thru staff is always polite and apologetic but they don’t determine policy. FYI to this location’s managers: The purpose of online ordering is to pay in advance and pick up at your convenience. In future, I’ll be ordering from a location that understands that.
I had an excellent experience at this McDonald's. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. My food was delivered to the table in less than 2 minutes, which truly impressed me. The burger was fresh, warm, and delicious exactly what I needed. The fries were perfectly crispy and hot, and all the extras I requested were added just right, without any mistakes. Orange juice was diluted with water! Gross! Do better. Then the attitude when I ask for a diet coke. Geez!
