The worst McDonald's
I have been underwhelmed by the service experience at this McDonald's location. The staff appears to be poorly coordinated, with numerous employees on duty yet neglecting to attend to customer needs. They are seemingly reluctant to take your orders, instead steering patrons towards the automated ordering kiosk. When having difficulties with the kiosk, the staff is unhelpful. Moreover, there are substantial delays in addressing requests for refills, napkins, or other essentials.
Very nice experience with the ice cream!
