Said they haven't done refills since covid, I've been to plenty of other McDonald's locations over the last few years that have been doing refills. So it is a weird choice made by this specific location.

Dude, im sitting in the drive through still, massive line, its Saturday at 942am, cashier and the rest of the staff cant speak English at all. Cashier got my order wrong 3 times, then I see she's high and wearing a bathrobe at the window. Lmao what? Took almost 15 minutes to get a sausage, egg muffin and 2 hash Browns.
