The older white lady with glasses at the drive thru is always very rude. I just went through tonight and she was not friendly at all. I definitely won’t be coming here at night when she usually works
I just left drive thru after receiving my order. It is 5:25 pm. Why don't that girl at the pick up window even talk when handing me my drink? I had to taste my iced tea before leaving the windows. I need to make sure there's no sugar.
The lady working at the payment window wearing a mask was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed uninterested in helping customers and did not know how to communicate respectfully. Customer service is a big part of the job, and customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy. We are paying customers, and there is no reason to be spoken to in a rude or dismissive manner.
