Agree with the terrible reviews. Updated for 4/28/26 Management, you need to look into this. Your location is at a great location, but your employees are lazy. There’s always a long line in the evening waiting to take orders but your employees are merely doing nothing, play around, talking and having fun. Horrible “customer service”. They ask for your receipt and then don’t give it back

So I wanna know why the ice cream machine is ALWAYS out. This is the 3rd time this week that I go and I can’t have ice cream because I’m told machine is out smh. All the money McDonalds make they should at least invest in a good ice cream machine that actually works during business hours. Or is it that employees just don’t wanna deal with it or clean afterwards

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!, manager Cynthia is very disrespectful. Keep deleting my reviews. That woman needs to get fired. I asked her to disclose her name and she stated that she didn’t feel like giving me her name. That she’s the manager of the location🤣. Yall got 1 start reviews , just close down the whole store. Or hire a whole new crew😭 they be slamming the drive thru window to customers.

En primera ventanilla no tenian recibos, cuando fui a segunda ventanilla se supone que allí me lo iban a dar, estaba una muchacha que me entregó mal mi orden queria un recibo para regresarme el dinero pero como le doy uno si no me dieron. Con muy mala actitud y super arrogante se nego a darme mi dinero porque el sistema no funciona..... No recomiendo este lugar!!!!
