I normally don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was exceptionally bad. The last 3-4 times I’ve gone to this location I’ve had terrible experiences. (Sat for 40 minutes waiting for my food and they forgot half of it). This time(2am) there were only two cars in front of me and one left as I finished my order, the car ahead of me sat at the window for a few minutes and then drove to the second window because nobody came to take their payment. After filing my complaint on the company website, and receiving an email. I decided to come give this store one more short after waiting a few weeks. I already see the changes, fresh food and most of all much better customer service. John G. was at the first window (also order taking) and I was so impressed by him. His simple kindness, respect for other people, and professionalism really has turned this place around for me. These are the people who deserve jobs.

I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and accidentally left without my food — I know that was my mistake. I was working far away that day, and by the time I realized, I couldn’t go back right away. I called to see if they could offer a refund or a gift card so I could get my food the next day. The person who answered said she was the manager, but her tone was rude. Sonja was very kind and informed us about the new sandwich. She made sure we were all taken care of and delivered an exceptional guest experience. The food was really good and her lovely personality was a great appetizer. Thank you Sonja!!!!
