Asked for a grilled chicken wraps. Was served a fried wrap. Took it back, the server started, we don't do grilled. Maybe they should have told me that when I ordered. I also refused to use the self order machine. I didn't come here to work, if I'm going to use it, pay me to do it, ie, reduce the price for my labor. Use to enjoy McDonald's, never again.
I have gotten used to being ignored as a DoorDash driver, not only at this location, but most other fast food restaurants in Lincoln. However, it’s another thing to be ignored as a customer. My experience involved me simply requesting a cup of water, as I felt nauseous, and needed to settle my stomach before I placed an order for lunch.
