Inconsistent food, rude staff, dirty inside. Disrespectful
After completing a mobile order, I get to McDonald's & Park. The app was being weird about putting the Parking Space # in for Check in so I decide after many attempts to just go inside & let them know I was here. The MGR says "Just Cancel it & do it over. The charge is just pending on your card." Huh ? You are my Banker now 😂 Why would I REDO My family's entire custom order bc you don't know HOW To take the ORDER # from my Receipt & put it in the system to populate the order ? We ordered a Frappuccino in the drive thru.. it was good.
Hands down this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I live nearby and they are incredibly consistent. The food is good. The service is pretty much the best you can want. Everything is clean. The staff are wearing clean uniforms. Everyone seems happy working there. I've never had a bad experience there and I've been there a lot.
