The service is so bad
75% of my visits to this mcdonald's in the last 2 weeks have been problems. This time was being told they're waiting on chicken nuggets and to please pull up and wait. Waited 7 minutes and then I went in took 3 or 4 minutes to be acknowledged. Was told they didn't make it. I don't know if they're chronically understaffed or what the issue is, but it was a general feeling of chaos inside. They did try to give me the order and a refund, oddly enough the order was ready after like two minutes, I just wanted the refund. They did... read more
