Specifically said spicy snack wraps with extra cheese. It wasn't even busy at 10:45 so im confused on how yall mess up one order. I don't even like ranch so idk what to do with this!!?? Their hours are listed on Google as 24/7 and it let me order from the mobile app but no one was there. So working men and women waste their limited lunch break and end up going back to work hungry! Disgraceful!
every single time i have been here i have sat in line for over 10 minutes. ridiculous. i also once ordered my food to the McDonalds down the street from this one and they couldn’t do anything about it even with my proof of purchase, and the chick at the drive thru seemed like she had no idea what to do in that situation and told me to just figure it out basically. i had to call them and ask for a refund, for which they told me all i had to do was cancel on the app….i feel like the girl at the drive thru should have been awar... read more
We've come here multiple times - every single time, without exception, they have messed some part of our order up. Items forgotten, wrong orders completely, etc. Not to mention the service is some of the worst service I've ever received. We just went there tonight and sat in the second ordering station for a solid 15 minutes with no response.
